RULES AND CONDITIONS

• RESERVATION: may be made by phone and a 50% of the accommodation fees must be paid by direct deposit (EFT) into bank account. Balance of accommodation fees has to be paid before arrival OR with card on arrival.

• CHECK IN TIME: 14HOO or early arrival to be arranged with management.

• CHECK OUT TIME: 10H00 if check out is later than 10h00 a full daily rate will be charged if not arranged with management. When booking out open gate with remote and deposit the key into the green key box at gate.

• OCCUPANCY: rates are per apartment (1 to 2 persons). Any unregistered guests will be charged at the rate of a single person fee for that room per night.

• HOUSEKEEPING: Your apartment will be cleaned on a daily basis – excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Your apartment will be cleaned from the 15th of December until the 7th of January only once a week.

• CHILDREN: must be kept under proper adult supervision at all times.

• PETS: are not allowed on the property or apartment at any time.

• UTILITIES: please turn off all electrical appliances and lights when not in use and whenever you leave the apartment.

• ELECTRICAL PLUGS AND ADAPTORS: please do not take with if so you will be charged.

• TOWELS: towels are supplied for shower purposes only. Please do not take with, if so you will be charged.

• TELEVISIONS: please do not retune the television – if you experience problems with the television, please call management.

• QUIET HOURS: ARE 10H00pm – please keep all noise levels to a minimum. Respect the privacy of other guests.

• DAMAGE: please report any inoperative equipment, damages or faults immediately. The guest is directly responsible for all negligent, accidental or intentional damage.

• BRAAI FACILITIES: are available for your convenience – braai grids not to be taken.

SMOKING: PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE IN THE ROOMS
